		Oremus specializes in providing outsourcing solutions in finance and accounts, payroll, and compliance activities. We take care of back-office functions that come under the “finance and accounts” umbrella: anything from financial modeling to bookkeeping, end-to-end payroll services, and the entire range of statutory compliance activities. With our knowledge of industries and processes, we create solutions tailored to your needs. Oremus commenced operation in 2002. The Oremus headquarters are in
Hyderabad, and the regional centers are in Chennai and Bangalore.
Oremus has clients from around the world: Switzerland, the Middle East,
India, and USA. The founders of Oremus are first-generation entrepreneurs
who share a common ideology—nurturing an enterprise that is acknowledged
by its clients, employees, and shareholders alike. With their endeavors and
by always remembering the ideology on which they base their organization,
they have created a niche for Oremus.

Today, the founders—Raj Shekhar, Bala Padmanabhan, and Suresh Gupta—are the directors of the company, and are
responsible for its operations and service deliveries.

	Raj (Management Graduate and Chartered Financial Analyst) is credited with having secured long-term contracts for Oremus, and leading some successful executions and deliveries. Before Oremus, he worked in the Project Finance and Joint Venture (JV) Structuring fields. He also worked in a consulting firm, managing projects, and taking care of valuations and competitiveness studies. He then joined a private port management company (an Indo-Dutch JV) to set up and manage it, and to be a key contributor in the corporate finance department of its Indian partner.

	Bala (Fellow, Institute of Company Secretaries of India) sets the standards of quality in the company with his keen eye for detail and understanding of processes. Prior to founding Oremus, Bala worked for more than six years in the finance and accounting industry, and specialized in Project Finance, Corporate Law, Finance, and Accounts. He brings with him his expertise in corporate and legal affairs, and managing teams.

	Suresh (Chartered Accountant and Member, Association of Chartered Accountants of India) is indispensable during transitions and year-end closures, and acts as tax advisory to our clients. Suresh brings with him more than ten years of experience in taxation, accounting, and reporting. He first worked with a startup MS ingot manufacturing company, managing its finance department. During his tenure, he helped grow the company to be a leading manufacturer in its field. He then moved on to be General Manager Finance with another sponge iron company. At Oremus, he leads the finance and accounting processes, and is currently developing our IFRS practice.
