Will my data be secure and confidential?
Yes, we adhere to the strictest norms of security and confidentiality. We sign confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements
with our clients and also have all of the employees sign up on similar terms. We have been providing back office services to
clients from last 10 years and have an unblemished track record of not a single incident of breach. The fact that we provide
accounting services to PE/VC funds and their respective portfolio is an example of trust levels Oremus has with its clients.
To further enhance our security we are in the process of obtaining a ISO 27001 certification.
Will I be able to have access to my data?
Yes, you will have unrestricted access to data and not just data, all of the information/reports and deliverables generated for
you will be your proprietary information. We work on a ERP based platform which provides for our clients to view their reports
and data at any point of time.
Can I have Oremus work on my systems?
Yes, for many of our American clients we log in to their systems, process the transactions, update the books and generate the reports.
The clients provide us access to their accounting or ERP system and we log in through a simple VPN.
Can I see a test run?
One of the critical success factors and key differentiator of Oremus is we do a dry run of the entire offshoring process at your
office using the IT infrastructure just they way we would do it from India. This allows our clients to have a first hand feel of
the process and also interact with the key members of the team they would work with in future.
Is there a huge IT expenditure at my end, what are the costs for me to set this up?
No, all you have to do is transfer the accounting licenses if you have an online accounting system or provide us access to your
ERP system / computers through a VPN, for some of our clients we have worked out highly cost effective schemes wherein their
accounting function is managed on our ERP system.
Can I scale it up as and when needed?
Yes, the Oremus model is completely scalable giving you the flexibility to expand your operations without having to incur any
major fixed costs, and you can scale down also!
Can I get reports customized to my requirements
We completely customize our reporting to suit your needs, in the implementation we gather all of the reporting requirements
of the management and generate that as per your timelines and frequency.
Can I come and see the facility?
Yes, every client of ours is welcome to come and see our facilities and offices. You would be introduced to your team and you
can see live how the process are handled. You will not be able to see any information except your own.
Can I get direct access to my team?
You will have unrestricted access to your team, every client is handled by a complement of process executives, team leaders
and managers. All our clients can call the management round the clock or the team during working hours. We make ourselves
available on phone, on internet, email, Skype etc. We work on special shifts to create a larger overlap between the time
zones without having to add further costs to our clients.
